Immunization Information-Notes were sent home last week with students. This will be for upcoming Juniors.
Dear Parent or Guardian:
The 2025-2026 school year vaccination requirements for children entering Pre-Kindergarten, Kindergarten, 7*™ and 11*™ grades are:
All students entering Pre-Kindergarten, Kindergarten and 7** grade must have had two (2)
varicella vaccinations.All students entering 7* grade must have had one Tdap vaccination and one meningococcal (MCV4)
vaccination.Effective July 2020, all students entering or transferring into the 11* grade will need proof of a meningococcal conjugate booster (MCV4) shot, unless their 1» dose was received on or after their 16* birthday.
These requirements are in addition to the existing school vaccination requirements.
If your child's vaccines are not up to date by September 4th, 2025, your child will not be allowed to come to school on September 5*. Please provide the school with the appropriate documentation that your child's vaccines are up to date (FORM 3231).
In addition to the required vaccines, please talk to your child's doctor about other vaccines, like flu, Hpv and Hepatitis A that your child may need.
